Are Travel lodge super rooms worth it?

Normally prefer a premier inn and find travel lodge a bit basic. But they have some good deals on at the minute. Still annoying that you have to pay £3 for crap Wi-Fi though. But are they worth the extra?

Most definitely not. Travelodge (in my opinion) was never fab but it was clean and basic as an easy overnight option. It has slowly descended into a hostel (and not a good one). I visit friends around the country frequently and they are more often than not dirty, various broken bits and noisy. A complaint will lead to a voucher which you then spend and then end up complaining again and end up in a never ending voucher cycle.
I’ve given up now. Premier Inn is my new Travelodge.

Hmm. I stayed in a standard room recently and it was ok. Beside usb ports didn't work, and only a little alcove instead of a bedside table.

Travelodges are for just sleeping and showering. You don't use them to holiday. The name "travel lodge" says it all really. I only use them for one night to break up a journey.

No. Definitely not

I loathe travel lodge but agreed to stay in one of the "posh" rooms in November
Not worth it at all

P inn do premier plus rooms and there's a very distinct upgrade
