Thinking I will loose my home

I know this sounds really stupid. But i keep thinking. I'm going to loose my new council home. During private renting. Me and my family went through 2 evictions. We were in temporary accommodation for years. It was a horrible way to live. Places are often in disrepair and often have vermin problems.

Now I have this lovely home with a life time tenancy. Logically there's no reason I would have to leave . But its been so long since we had a stable home I keep thinking something will go wrong it kind of doesn't feel like my home .

My 2 youngest had never had a bedroom to play it was just a sleeping area. And they still don't really play in their room now.

Oh bless you, it will take time to get over the trauma of the last few years. And it also takes time to get used to a new place. Take it slowly and I am sure it will feel like home soon, and you will feel more secure as you get used to your new circumstances.

Thank you. Yes I know I'm not being logic at all and I'm way over thinking I think when your going through it you don't see it as such you just go onto auto pilot . I guess it will pass though.
