Will experts..... advice needed

DF wants to redo his will after my mum died. She was the beneficiary. I'm an only child. I have 3 DCs all teens.

DF wants me as sole beneficiary but what do we do if anything happens to me before DF.

We want to ensure my DCs are cared for but also my DH would be bringing up DCs.

Could we have that in the event DF dies after me my DFs estate is divided by four for DH and 3 DCs and they have their share when they turn 25. Or that DFs house is rented out to provide for my DH and DCs then once DCs turn a certain age the house can be sold?! Any advice is grately recieved.

My folks' will is like this.
Goes to me and my sister 50:50 unless I have died too. Then my husband gets 50% of my share and our two kids get 25% each.

So if me, my parents and my sister all die, my husband gets 50.% of their estate, if my sister is still living he gets 25%.

I think this is pretty standard
