if you want to relax in order to fall asleep I’d highly recommend ‘nothing much happens’ it’s little bedtime stories for adults and so soothing.

Started as an open mike night, 9 people have te minutes to tell a true story from their own life. Different theme each week. They are largely told with humility and humour, they are never biting, often fascinating and relatable. Laugh out loud funny, tragic, bittersweet. All of human life is there.

Parenting hell

Sounds good.

Heavyweight is lovely, about people trying to get to the bottom of a mystery in their lives, where an old friend went, where an object they own came from, that sort of thing. It’s light but occasionally touches on quite sad subjects.
Mystery Show was a similar subject but they’ve stopped making it- I think you can listen to the old episodes.
