Which cooking equipment combo? Ninjas/microwave/combo. I'm confused.

I've got a houseful of teenage boys & their routines/shifts are all different. My oven (old electric fan) is on & off more times a day than the light switches. Pizzas, pasties, pasta bakes, burgers, jackets. Basically freezer food.

My microwave needs replacing so it got me wondering about whether I'd be better off with a combi microwave/grill. Then I thought I'd like to get rid of my oil fryer & get an airfryer. And now I don't know which combi would suit me best.

Can anyone think this through for me please? I'm menopausal & my brain just laughs when I ask it to reason these days.

I have an air fryer one of the two drawer ones. I think it would be useful if they are doing a lot of freezer foods. And do t want the expense of preheating the oven.

I don't use my microwave much really, but a basic one of those and an air fryer would probably suit you. Plus your hob.

Definitely an air fryer. We have the ninja duel max and use it all the time. We move had it since November and it well worthy the money. We do nugget and chips, pasties and garlic bread but also do a whole chicken and roast potatoes. There's two adults. It much nicer cooked in the air fryer and chips are divine. So hot and fluffy and crisp!

The only thing that wouldn't work is the pizza. As it wouldn't fit in. I'd miss a microwave for convenience of porridge and soup but they can be done in a pan.

I got converted to an air fryer 3 years ago. You will now have to prize it from my cold, dead hand 🤣

If I had to choose between the fryer, oven and microwave the fryer would win (I know that isn't your question)

Aside from cooking freezer food, meat is always lovely in it too!
