I’ve got books covered but would really like to be learning new things and tv or podcast is an easy one in the background!

Podcasts... American scandal. British scandal

I like quite a few wondery and tortoise podcasts if you like non fiction so look them up. I started listening to podcasts during my pregnancy and haven't looked back

Any BBC Science/Health podcast.

Why not consider openlearn

HappyJellyBaby · 21/01/2023 12:30

Not the same but I liked Duolingo for languages and Sololearn for coding. Easy to do in short bursts.

The Rest is History. It’s brilliant, the presenters are so erudite and also very funny. I defy you not to find any number of episodes that you will be engrossed in. The range is extraordinary, and even subjects you think might not be of interest, well, it turns out they are. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Lucy Worsley’s “Dangerous Women” podcast is interesting
Greg Jenner “you’re dead to me” podcast, both funny and informative.

Empire by Anita Annand and William Dalrymple.
