Sending "flowers" in Sweden?

My brother is having a knee op - the convention is to send flowers

He doesn't want flowers - so I'll send cup cakes or something similar

Except he lives in Sweden

So any ideas for a company in sweden I can send some cupcakes or something daft to him

I'd rather not use amazon or deal with import/export paperwork...

you can use the translation feature for any pages that don’t automatically do it.

if that’s no good let me know and I’ll ask my friend who lives in Sweden for more specifics. She’s away this weekend though so it might not be very quick.
