School tights for DD that aren't a PITA!

We've previously had tights from John Lewis that have been perfect, lasted months on end with no issues, but the latest batch, since they've gone to 'Anyday' are a pile of pants to put it mildly and need pulling up every other second.

Can anyone recommend some thick cotton school tights with good elastic that wear/wash well?

We like the bamboo tights from sock shop.

They come up long so perhaps size down but stay soft and don't go baggy. They're also very easy to put on and have no toe seams.

Sainsbos serves us well. Dd seems to eat tights so we go through a lot and these ones hold up well. The cable knot rather than the super soft ones.

My Dd is having tights issues too! I think they're from M&S. So don't try them op.

These are the tights I buy my daughter. Only ones that aren’t infuriating.

They’re expensive but they last and last.
