Will my friend using my address affect my benefits ?

Basically my friend is homeless
She lost her job and her rented flat.
She has been staying at mine and a few other friends for the past few weeks(December )
She started a new job and put my address
Now I'm worrying her putting my address is going to affect my benefits I receive

Could this affect it?
She put my address so she could get Mail until she gets her first wage and finds a new flat

Shall I tell her to change her address with payroll before her first pay ?

Ask her to use one of her other friends addresses if you're worried.

Yeah I've just text and told her she needs to change her address with her employer before her first payday.
She's going to email HR now

Do you claim council tax discount?

If it's just the address with her employer no it almost definitely won't
bank statements etc might do
