Hi,
I just wondered if anyone could help me with a SAR request I’ve put in with my property developer.
Have been having a lot of issues so put in a SAR with the potential to looking at legal action.
I requested any and all communication regarding myself and my property, including the house/plot file.
They have just come back to me with two pdfs which look to be screen grabs from their email system, where they have basically typed my name into the search file and screen grabbed the results.
So all I can see are the subject headers, no other information.
I just wanted some help with how to respond ti this, I was thinking of suggesting they contact the ICO for help to comply with this request, but I’m a bit baffled.
Any help/advice with what to respond would be appreciated.
