Can anyone help with spotty rash?

Sorry to post in chat but no-one replied to my thread in health.

Hey thanks in advance.
Just noticed this rash on me and wondered if anyone recognises it, each one feels like dry skin, they are flat and non itchy. No blister or raised bit.
I feel okay apart from coughing a bit, sneezing, snotty nose and feel quite hot.

Sounds like a generic viral rash ds gets them with every single cold. If it gets itchy or worse take an antihistamine and keep an eye on it.

Thankyou that could be it, never had one before. Though when I google virus rash it comes up more joined together in big masses? Is your sons like mine?
