Sorry not sure what topic this ought to be.
I have a WPRO gadget - strap and ratchet - to stack the washing machine and tumble dryer. I need to undo it but cannot work out how to loosen the ratchet part. I assume that there is a lever somewhere but it is eluding me. Thanks in advance for any help.
