Interview for Support Worker in a Nursery

Hi, I have an interview next week for the role in title.

I just wondered what type of questions they would ask?

I've mainly always done Office Work but with a year out in a Nursery but that was over 20 years ago.

What should I expect?

TIA

My advice would be to research the establishment. I think these jobs have a pretty high turnover as they don’t tend to be well paid. I would just look presentable, be friendly and relatable. Work out how your current skill set (or previous skill set) might help you with this position and answer their questions as best you can.

In terms of any questions you might have for them I’d be wanting to know about general training, first aid certification etc.

Thank you yes I will be asking about training etc.

It's a "working interview" so I'm thinking they want to see how i interact with the children there
