Help. Trying to order something off amazon, however it has decided it will not accept my saved address (which I have ordered and received goods from Amazon with no issues in the past - received a parcel just last week). The goods I am ordering I have ordered previously from the same address (overseas) so no customs etc concerns. I have spent a fruitless hour dealing with their customer 'service' (none of the phone numbers work, online chat was completely useless). Any advice? I'm beginning to think it was easier for my mum ordering from catalogues in the 1980s !
