Progestogen-only pill - bleeding TMI

Due to irregular periods I have been advised to take the Progestogen-only pill. I started it on January 11th, 9 days ago, on the day my period started as advised by doctor.
My periods are usually 3-4 days long. I had normal period but since day 5 there is a very light pink discharge when I wipe. Not every time though.
TMI but I've just been to the toilet and opened my bowels (so strained a little) I've bled again. This time there was more than the light pink discharge, it was more red coloured and more of it.

I'm so sorry this is all really gross but has anybody else experience this on the Progestogen-only pill?

It’s really common when you start it for spotting / irregular bleeding to happen. It can take a few months to settle but then in most women it completely stops all the bleeding altogether - that’s why it’s so popular. I have been on it for years and years and I had random bleeding at first but haven’t had any at all for about 9 years now.

(I’m on various health forums and menopause boards - where it’s often prescribed as part of HRT and this is a really common scenario for most women who start it).

I am around 5 and a half- 6 weeks pregnant. Last week, I experienced a very small amount of pink in my discharge and 1 week later (last night) had the same thing. Could this still be implantation bleeding? Or has anyone else experienced this?

I have had two miscarriages before this pregnancy and unfortunately they started this way. I have a scan tomorrow but I just wondered if anyone else had gone through this before.

last week I also had my bloods done and my HCG levels were 850. Is this low?
