Does anyone else get this, and have any tips for reducing the swelling? Over the last three years one by one my fingers have basically into sausages over the autumn, winter and early spring. I was investigated for rheumatoid arthritis a couple of years ago but the all of the scans and blood tests were negative. They're not stiff, just very swollen, the skin is now tight and cracking/broken and they are excruciatingly painful if I knock them by accident.
They're almost aways cold, despite wearing gloves even in the house. I also have raynauds and chilblains. Any tips??!
