Can you report a YT video without clicking on it? Possible CSA

I was watching a lifestyle blogger yesterday and at the end of the video, where they have the list at the bottom of videos (not from the blogger btw) 2 were titled 'Naked 4 month old' and 'Bath time' made me feel sick to think that is on YT so phoned Crimestoppers and explained I did not want to click on the video obvs. and the call answerer said you can report without clicking on the videos, just giving the titles. Does anyone know how? I feel sick that a child maybe being exploited and abused and not being able to flag it to the hosting platform

Yes, click on the 3 vertical dots to the right of the video title then click report. On my chrome book, the report button has a flag beside it.

My crap red arrow to the right of the screenshot shows you where it is on both phone and chrome book.
