Everyone round here seems to be suffering from or just getting over Covid or some other nasty, and the quiz will be held in the evening in an overheated village hall with no airflow. It's for charity and so they pack in loads of people, so I feel that some witty take on the inevitability of catching some disease would be appropriate, but I can't think of anything.
