Selling on Vinted

I've just sold a dress on Vinted and am
Packing it up now. I only have a QR code for an inpost locker to send it - nothing to put on the package apart from a name.

It doesn't feel right to bung it in a postal system with just a name on it!

That’s right, that’s all you have to do!

The label is added by the courier later when they collect it from the locker.
It's fine, I use it all the time & it works very well & is very convenient (as long as the lockers aren't full)!

Just scan it and put it in the locker. I usually take a photo of the parcel too in case needed but I've only ever been asked for a photo once.

It works! But it can be tricky finding an empty locker!

Yup. Just scan and pop it in. Bloody love it when people pick in post … I do have regularly emptied lockers at the end of my street though

I know what you mean but it generally works well. That said, for my only sale through Vinted a couple of weeks ago, there was some kind of mix-up and my buyer (seemingly legit - lots of good feedback) ended up with a pair of boots rather than the soft toy I sent. Vinted customer ‘support’ is infuriating and current situation is that she’s been refunded and apparently InPost are looking into it. Anyway, it would have been a bit more straightforward to resolve if I’d had some photos of my parcel before I’d sent it, so main purpose of writing all this is to say take some pics!

When it works properly, it’s great - have done lots of online returns this way.
