I used to be a member of a FB page, run by a guy named John (I think), who would challenge parking tickets/charges on your behalf.
He charged £10.
Is that ringing any bells for anyone?
I've had a search, but I can only see advice groups.

Do bear in mind that historically many parking charge disputes were based on chancing it on how far a company would push it

There is legal precident in place provided the parking company put up adequate signs and follow the proper procedures they are most likely to succeed and can confidently put a case through the courts if it gets that far.

If you have a valid case against a charge then you can appeal/dispute yourself for free (unless you lose)

That's brilliant, I shall take a look.
Thank you Smile
