Should I change jobs and find something new that will give me a better work/life balance

I experience migraines from time to time. Weather is one of my triggers. I have another trigger now and it's work. I was working all of last week. I was working again over the course of the weekend. I was sleep deprived at work and breaks and meals and food was also limited.
I was working from Saturday afternoon. It was 1am by the time I finished and gt into bed. Then it was 6. 30 am when work was waking me up again. I was supposed to have a break on Sunday morning but I was waiting for a colleague to appear to relieve me of a break but she never turned up until 1.30.
By 3pm, I became so sick and unwell. It was migraine.
I was so sick all of yesterday evening and last night.

I was just after overhearing my boss at work this evening. She used to be very hands on in work but over the past while she washed her hands of the place. She has a social life that posh and becks and any other celebrity would die for.
She's always looking to get away but there's a lot of the load being pushed back onto other peoples back. It's a small team and I am the main worker. There are a few more other ladies here and there.
The boss has another weekend planned but she hasn't put it to me yet.
These working schedules are making me sick.
It's work Monday to Friday and then more work on the Saturday and poor sleep over night on Saturday and woken early on the Sunday and limited breaks.

Of course you need to look for other work. Just reading that made me feel tired.,no job is worth you sacrificing every day of your life and especially health.
