Help Deciphering a Signature

Can anyone help decipher this signature. It is on a watercolour painting of the outside an old house. The painting is pretty enough but doesn't look like it would be worth anything but I'd still like to see if it's possible to find out who painted it.

I really can't read the flowery letters at all.

That looks more like a H on the full scale pic.

Definitely an H first. Try mimicking the pen/brush movements, I find that helps. Although it looks like W because of the crossover diagonals, those are just the tracks of the brush moving between the two upright posts of the H. Then the H crossbar is at the top where it leads into the E.
