Nervous wreck waiting on nipt results

I’m expecting a call this afternoon to tell me the results of nipt after a high risk combined test. I just don’t know what to do with myself. This has been the worst week of my life and the closer it gets to getting the results the more nervous I get. I barely slept last night and I haven’t been able to eat a thing.

Has anyone else gone through this?

Thank you for asking this question and sharing your story - I'm so happy that you got a good outcome and can start to enjoy your pregnancy again. It has helped me to read this thread, as I am currently going through that same horrendous wait - got a call on Thursday (at just over 13 weeks) saying I was high risk - 1:65 chance. I've had the NIPT and was told it could take 5-10 days for the results. By then, I'll be out of time for a CVS but may be offered amniocentesis... I'm terrified. I just want the baby to be OK.

I was called to say my 12 week screening test results were high chance.
1:130 chance of down syndrome at birth.
HCG:2.04
NT:1.7
PAPP-A:0.31
I am 30 years old.
I had the NIPT test done on Thursday and I’m so anxious. I can’t think of anything else whilst I wait. Any advice?
