Can I still eat the chicken?

Took chicken out of freezer Saturday afternoon and put in fridge to defrost. Ended up with last minute plans so didn’t use it. Is Monday evening too late to cook it? Better to bin it?

Absolutely not. As long as it was in good condition when put in the freezer.

It should be perfectly fine. I'd eat it, no hesitation.

I did the same thing (but a day earlier than you). Are it today, all fine.
