Washing - stain removal

Hiiii,

So I'm just wondering if anybody has any idea on how I can get a really old cellular blanket looking clean again.

When I gave birth to my son, the midwife gave me the cellular blanket they had wrapped him in, so I don't actually know how old it is or anything! The label is completely blank too. But it's super soft, cuddly and he likes having it everywhere we go, it's his favourite!

It just looks dirty when it's not! It's meant to be white but its more of a dirty grey, I've tried vanish and some other stain removal stuff you can buy but they don't really help, so I was wondering does anybody have anything they swear by which might get it looking clean?🙈

Thanks!

You can buy ACE laundry bleach in the supermarket - it is a gentle bleach not like the stuff you put down the toilet! I find it great for refreshing much loved whites BUT I have to give them a second rinse / quick wash after as they can smell a bit like a swimming pool!

Have you tried putting a Glo-White sachet in the wash with it?
