Physio… I love it and find it fun and social but it depends what you are looking for.

Depends what sort of social you're after! Working at a supermarket on the checkout is social - lots of different people to chat with all day. But you're at the whims of what your customers are like and if they want to chat! Or complain. Or you could mean the social benefit of a close-knit team - working on a building site, or with a team of people you collaborate with in a project management way, or as a vet or veterinary assistant working with your colleagues to manage operations and consultations. Or even being a postman can be social - you are out and about for several hours every day and can say hello to people in passing, or if they're home as you deliver items. So you're working by yourself but there are opportunities to build relationships, to be the friendly face the 80 year old on your route sees each day. Most jobs have the opportunity to make social connections if you want.

Record company exec
Journalist
PR person
Outward bound person (like a trainer doing climbing or jetskiing, or skiing etc)

Just think they all seem like fun, sociable jobs but this may well not be the reality of it at all

Hospitality can be very demanding, that also means that you can get a good team spirits going, supporting each other. You will be working similar unsociable hours so socialise together.

Likewise holiday reps.

The most social workplace for me was technology, same sometimes high pressure projects snd need to let off steam together afterwards. It changed only as we got older, more people had family commitments and no long had time to socialise.

Compliance in financial services. Sounds boring but it was actually great. Really good team, lots of challenging issues that had to be worked on collaboratively and lots of “fire fighting is fun” camaraderie. I think most jobs can be social if you have a good team.
