I think I read here a long time ago that it’s really good. Does anyone here use it? Any opinions? Anything better?

Yep. Use it every day 4 x a day. It was recommended to me when I was under a woman’s physio. Improvements were noticed within a month and then kept improving.

I still do it every day even though my issue is long resolved.

I use that one - it’s brilliant. It was recommended to me by a gynae consultant after an operation.

Reinbek · 14/01/2023 22:12

Me! I've used it for a while. I had to do it four times a day at the beginning, now I'm on a maintenance twice a day. The app has worked well, it reminds me twice a day and does the sets I need.

Notsuchacleverclogs · 14/01/2023 22:14

I use it. It was recommended by my NCT course leader. After a particularly bad cough recently, it has reminded me that i need to switch notifications back on! 😳

ForestLilac · 14/01/2023 22:26

Oh thank you so much. This is EXACTLY what I wanted to hear!

I paid for it but have never been able to get the notifications to work. So really frustrating.

Icantstopthisfeeling · 14/01/2023 23:05

@Purplepepsi maybe one of us could help? Mine looks like this.

so I press ‘exercise plan’ to get into the settings.
that brings up the page to set how many sessions, how many repetitions, how long to squeeze & relax for etc
If you press reminders ‘on’ and below that ‘reminder settings’ it takes you to the times, they all need to be on too.

If you have all those set I’m not sure what else to suggest but maybe someone else does.

Yes echo everyone else. It’s well worth £3!

ForestLilac · 14/01/2023 23:16

@Purplepepsi to add to @Icantstopthisfeeling , I know you have to allow notifications on your phone too. So on the app AND your phone.

It's the nhs Squeezy app but I have had it for about 4 years and never had to pay - not always good about keeping to timetable though!

fabricstash · 14/01/2023 23:37

Is it a new thing to pay?

I've had it since 2019 and I paid for it.
