Never seen anything like it but as long as the door was lockable I wouldn't think too much about it.

There was a (now closed) night club in my town that had a loo like this... not the decor, but the double toilets. It was the only one in the ladies, and my god you would think you had murdered a baby judging by the looks you would get if you went in there alone. No thanks to pissing alongside a mate, let alone a stranger.
