What recent music should I listen to?

I don’t know any recent music. I never really kept up with pop or rock. Can you suggest a couples of tracks maybe the last 5 years. Thanks.

There is no should in music

Turn on the radio , shuffle on line till you hear something you like

A little detail about stuff you like might help

Classical , rap musicals folk pop rock dance .....

As you have an internet device you also have access to the whole of BBC radio …

For mainstream pop music go to BBC Sounds and turn on Radio 1. (Yes, the presenters are mostly inane - zone them out and just listen to the music.)

For contemporary ‘classical’ music (things composed in the 20th / 21st century) try the New Music Show on Radio 3, 10pm on Saturdays.

Yes it is. I might hate love or be indifferent There is a massive world of music out there so it’s hard to find my way around- I was just asking for some suggestions. I’ll try the radio.

Play a song you like on Spotify and see what other songs the algorithm then throws up.

If you want a Saturday night kitchen disco type song, well then this little number is an absolute banger

New music I have listened to recently-The Struts. They aren’t new as such but they have a great old fashioned flamboyant front man and great songs.
Look up ‘Could have been me’ on You Tube.
