I printed off the forms just before my baby was born in July last year. I completely forgot about it, I filled them out tonight and I only just this second realised that they’ve updated the forms since I printed the last ones out! The questions are relatively the same but there seems to be more questions than on the outdated forms that I printed out
can I still send it or will I have to print out the updated forms ?
