CMS again - no address for ex

I've never had an address for my ex since we split up.

Lots of owed CMS.

I can't quite believe it but they have said they are looking to put in place a liability order and court proceedings.

My constant moanjng at them seems to have paid off.

But they need an address to serve him.

I don't have one. If they can't get one they can't take this further.

I mean they work for the DWP so surely they can find him?

He is self employed.

Does anyone have any advice please.

Do you know his work address? Can they serve him there?

I thought CMS had access to HMRC records?

You'd think. But as he's self employed they said until he claims benefits or submits anything they can't do anything
