Can a downstairs toilet be removed and the same water supply be used to plumb a washing machine into that area?

I have a downstairs loo I don't use. Is that possible?

And roughly how much would it be to remove a loo?

That’s a yes. As long as there’s water supply and waste, which there is since you have a toilet there. Not sure about price sorry.
