I've had a letter from housing benefit querying my sons housing from 2016.
I can't remember dates from 7 years ago so I called CB number to ask for the dates and she said they've had a new system put in and have no access to information before 2020?!
I said I need the information how can I access it and she said 'tell them we can't get that information and see what they say" 😐
That's ridiculous isn't it?!
They must have the information, they can't have just deleted everything from before 3 years ago?
