What is a busy weekend for you?

I'm just curious.

Usual weekend for us is up 7am Saturday, costa, train at our sport with dd1' as dd2 goes footy 930-11, food shop then home
I clean house / walk dogs
Have tea together
Then chill

Sunday
Up 8am
Costa
Gym
Teach a class of sport

Then back ferry the kids to friends houses
Dog walk
Collect kids
Roast dinner as a family

Busy weekend is doing all that but also going out in evening

I have anxiety and a panic disorder and decided to embrace slow ish living. So I split each day into 4

Saturday Early: Surf or run
Saturday AM: Swimming / Sports clubs
Saturday PM: Long walk
Saturday evening: Film / board game and snacks by the fire

Sunday Early: Lie in / Out for coffee
Sunday AM: Walk / Shopping in City
Sunday PM: Bike ride / Chill walk / Beach
Sunday evening: Roast and DC Homework

We do Click and Collect food shop on Midday every Sunday!

Having a structure helps me so much. 😌
