Is anyone else "headachey"

I have always suffered with headaches. Some mild some more severe with dreadful nausea. My poor daughter aged 20 is the same as is my eldest son.
It's actually least once a week, i normally wake up with one or sometimes develop them during the day. They mostly respond to paracetamol or ibuprofen but occasionally don't.
I'm not sure these are migraines as they don't seem severe enough.
I'm in the process of a 3 day one at present but have been able to go to work but only just and felt terrible all day.
Anyone else like this and found a solution?

Yes, I have several headaches a week.
Some are linked to stress, some dehydration, some linked to low pressure - I always get really bad headaches if it’s going to thunder or rain heavily.
Try to not medicate too much, I can usually cope with paracetamol or iboprufen, but occasionally need codeine.

oncemoreforluck it's hideous isn't it?
I'm always more surmised if I don't have a headache. I think people think I'm a hyperchondiac.

Yes, had horrible headaches for the past few weeks, open the windows when it hasn't been freezing, get out in the fresh air, even gave up alcohol for a few weeks. Every day i have a headache 😥

They sound like migraines to me OP.

I too am headachey, can develop them seemingly out of no where.
Painkillers don’t help, I have them until I go to sleep.

Last bad one I had was what I would class as a migraine. Headache, building up, painkillers not working, nausea, couldn’t move head without pain, needed to lie down and sleep. I don’t get them very often, but fucking hell when I do I wish for oblivion.

I've had a headache on and off for the last 2 weeks. The doctor thinks it's to do with my sinuses, - pain / pressure over my eyebrows and across my forehead. He recommended sudofed, I've been taking it for 2 days and it's not made much difference.

I get chronic sinusitis headaches, but have things under control now with meds, spray and nasal steroids.
