I didn't receive an online confirmation

I made an order earlier today. I checked my inbox and other folders but I never got an email confirmation. The order shows up in my online account but it says 'on hold'. I never got an email confirmation. Will this be a problem with the order. I am anxious it didn't go through.

Who is the order from? The obvious thing is to contact them via chat, etc and get it checked.

Who is it with? Have you been charged?

Perhaps it is 'on hold' while they confirm they have stock etc and will resolve itself in due course. The best thing to do would be to contact whoever you placed the order with and ask them about the status of it. If you can see the order in your online account then you'll have a reference number to give them.
