I've worked at my current place for 7 years. Was OK until 2 new staff members joined and got everyone to turn against me. There was only one bank staff member who I felt I could trust and who did not turn on me. She has been very kind and was the first I told that I would be leaving this role. She was upset as worked together for a year and have a nice relationship where I or she will hug hello and goodbye you know, just a warm and nice person. However when I move on from this role, I kind of just want to make a fresh start completely. Is it really wrong to not stay in touch ?
