What do I wear?

Going for a biopsy on a mole that 100% will be melanoma tomorrow. It's on my shoulder, I have big boobs and I'm very self conscious of them without a bra on.

Do I wear a bra? Do I go bra less and then wear a strappy top? I know I'm going to have stitches but can they operate with bra straps on the shoulder?

Can't you wear a bra and then slip the strap down on that side when you take your top off?

I had a mole removed from my shoulder a couple of years ago,i wore a strappy top and had my bra on and just pulled the straps off the shoulder on that side,hopes all goes well
