Parents of larger families - new baby gift

A friend is shortly going to have her sixth DC. If you have a larger family, what sort of gifts did you like / would you have liked for your youngest?

A thoughtful card or flowers and a gift voucher. I don't have a large family, but definitely would have appreciated that with my youngest as didn't need much.

Some sort of nice outfit that wasn't a hand me down, not too casual but not over the top pish outfit
