this week, i have had to do soemthing really tough that ive been avoiding for a long long time. i didnt know how it would go with one of the people it involves and the other, the fallout could be huge, im yet to find out how they will react. I cant go into detail because its delicate and tbh, im not in the headspace to explain the absolute mind fuck ive had this week.

please distract me while i cant sleep with pet pics and anything anyoen still up wants to chat about

I'm glad to hear about you having tried to take control of the situation.

Is there anything you can do now or is it a wait and see?

If there is nothing you can do then do nice things like look at these gorgeous dogs, ir have a slice of cake, go for a run whatever takes your mind off it.

If you find yourself constantly worrying about it, allocate yourself some dedicated worry time when you focus on the issue. If its not worry time, remind yourself that its not time and do distracting things. Be really disciplined. Write the worry down and ignore it till worry time when you can focus your thoughts on it. And then back to distraction.
