Talk to me about induction-ready pans

I need to buy some new pans as am getting an induction job fitted. A few of our current ones will work but not all. We have a circulon set which is great and I know they do induction compatible pans so I might go with more from them but if anyone has any particular recommendations of other brands or where to buy from I’d love to hear them.

We have had induction about 10 years now. We started by buying tefal and using a couple of circulon we had already.

The tefal were poor, slow to heat and with one the steel grid thing at the bottom fell off within a year.

Circulon has a heavy base and heated much faster, a large pot of cold water would boil quicker than the kettle. I bought more and they are still ok 8 years on. A couple have damage to the nonstick coating but I think that is more likely to be dh 😡 who sometimes stacks them inside each other or badly in the dishwasher.

My favourite though is my pomegranite cast iron shallow casserole (denby, bought with tesco clubcard) and he has been well warned to treat it with tlc.
