Do you have interior wall insulation?

If so, what type do you have, and has it made a significant difference to the cosy-ness of your home? How thick is it, and is it "invisible" once it has been painted?

Ours is solid brick, so we're looking at options.

We did it in one room. Made the world of difference

My brother does. The house is much warmer than it was before (detached house in Scotland) and it's invisible. Not sure about the thickness.

Mine was fairly thick as it involved batons and the attaching the insulation. Still worth it as the room was unusable for most of the winter before
