Why do I never feel at home, anywhere?

I feel the same. Have you moved house a lot? Do you live in the area you were born/grew up?

I've moved 28 times in 46 years and until now I've always felt as though I'm in transit. Never able to relax or make things my own.

Are you settled now? I'm 53 and lost count of how many house moves - shortly having to move house again (not by choice). I hate the way it feels.

Been here 3 years now and I want to do some work to the place but it does feel like home. I do wonder if it's more to do with who I live with over where I live.
