Evri.. It's not coming is it?!?

This morning got my delivery slot of between 11.30am-1.30.

Stayed in all day.

Not updated since

Was supposed to be working today but changed my day to wait in for this parcel.

Usually if delayed it changes to delayed but this time it hasn't even though my two hour slot came and went.

They haven't attempted delivery as I have a camera on my door.

Its not coming today is it?!

They delivered my parcel to a different house this morning. No idea where the door in the delivery photo they sent is.

Still waiting on this delivery.....

Also my partners Xmas gift to me...bought 19th dec due to be delivered in 24th dec....still no show!

Yep, still waiting for parcel ordered on 10th Dec, still at the 'hub' apparently

I use ASOS and pay a one off fee for next day delivery for a year. ASOS are great but they've really been let down by Evri and I'm therefore not using ASOS much anymore.

Still waiting for my son's school shoes that were due to be delivered on 2nd September before he went back to school.

Also waiting for a couple of pre-Christmas deljveries.

When they do finally turn up, Evri don't knock and just leave them on our doorstep (on a main road in a busy city centre)!

They are asking to be stolen.

I now contact online companies and double check they don't use Evri before I order things!

This photo was in my local paper before Christmas showing loads of Evri parcels just left on the pavement!

I very much doubt it. According to the tracking Evri has tried to deliver 3 separate parcels to me this week but couldn't because I was out. Except I wasn't. I was absolutely here waiting for the delivery of these 3 parcels. The courier hasn't even tried to re-deliver. Why are they falsifying information and keeping parcels. I don't know how to get them? Any attempts through the website is hopeless.
