Method wooden floor cleaner, the almond one

Where has it gone? Can’t find it in Wilco,Tesco,Sainsburys, wasn’t even any in Waitrose, spiritual home of method products .Not on Amazon Prime, not on the Method website. I am coming to the end of my bought at a bargain price stash and need to replace. I can’t bear the sickly rhubarb one, can just about deal with the lemony one, but I really like the Almond one. There is an almond squirty cleaner on Amazon I might have to buy as a temporary fix but I am 😕at the moment. I have never had an attachment to a cleaning product before, it is a worrying development.

@Redlorryyellowlorryblue Oh thanks, I don’t do online supermarket shops, but it’s good to know it is still around. Perhaps they will have it back in stores soon.

Do you not find that this turns your floor into a skating rink? My kids kept going flying in their socks and face planting the floor 🤦🏼‍♀️

I've still been able to get it in Waitrose fairly recently, I hope it hasn't been discontinued as it's by far the nicest of the three!

Oh no! If it's not on the Method website (or Amazon) that doesn't bode well. Tesco are probably just selling through existing stock. I will be very upset if it does disappear altogether.

(I looked on Ocado, as I shop there sometimes, and it's disappeared from there too. It's not looking good...)

The splosh floor cleaner smells of almonds and it's sustainable.

Just googled it... It is available on the Method website (15% off too)

I love the scent of it, but have been using Flash wooden floors one recently, and have to say my floors are much cleaner .
It needs diluting and is more traditional but my floors look good.
If you cannot bear that one look at Bona in Lakeland.

Never think of Dunelm ! Have done a click and collect ( three bottles, good price) .

Oh no! Went to Dunelm to pick up my order new stash of the almond wood cleaner and they tried to fob me off with the lemon and ginger. I checked their shelves, there was a space for the almond, but it was an empty space. Not surprised really , it was marked at £2.80 a bottle as were the other method floor cleaners. I have emailed Method to ask what is happening, I did find it on their website ( cunningly disguised as the evil rhubarb) but they want an arm and a leg to post it, with a minimum order of £20.

I may have to try one of the alternatives mentioned above. Thanks all.

(on a positive note I discovered that Dunelm has a decent cafe, I had a little cream tea ( fruit scone) and the cream was proper Roddas! )

I have had a reply from Method.

confirmed that it is currently out of stock online and in retailers. They do not know when it will be back in stock. Suggest I keep checking in retailers (!).

No reason offered as to why.

I have ordered the alternative suggested up thread.

Ocado have it in stock.
