Medication shortage- topiramate - anyone else?

This is so worrying and frustrating!

For 2 weeks now my pharmacist has been unable to supply my full prescription and I am still owing half my medication - with an unknown time frame of when the remainder will be made available.

Apparently this is a nationwide shortage.

What do I do if I can't get it?

I think its quite critical that I don't suddenly stop something that I'm prescribed something that I have to take daily ad finitum.

WHAT DO I DO?

That's bad, I take that and so far it's been in stock, where as clobazam is out of stock for me, plus its my emergency med!!!
The pharmacy's suggest for me to try other towns, but I can't drive because of my epilepsy!
