Before anyone tells me - I know this is down to my own stupidity. I was searching desperately for a gift item and found someone selling it on Instagram. They requested ‘friends and family’ payment through PayPal and without thinking and looking into it I went ahead. I realise there isn’t anyway to get my money back now but I want to report this person for fraud so it doesn’t happen to other. I do have their bank account details. Is there any point reporting them to action fraud or can anyone suggest anything else? Thanks
