What can I do with leftover gin liqueur?

Apart from drink it!

Got a free bottle of M&S spiced plum gin liqueur with my Sparks club last month but I'm not that keen and have most of the bottle left.

Are there any desserts or cakes etc that I can make with it? Or perhaps it would be better in a cocktail rather than neat?

Mix it with Prosecco?

Mix with Prosecco or tonic water. Soak dried fruit in it and make a fruit cake.

Poach pears in it? Lots of recipes for pears poached in brandy, etc. Can't see why it wouldn't work with something else.

Donate it to me or just see if anyone you know might like it?

Add prosecco? Mix with cream to have with some other dessert?

Ooh I’d never drink gin liqueur neat and I’m a gin fan!
Have it with tonic, it’s delicious

I tried it with tonic but it doesn't really go with it the way regular gin does.

Another idea I had was making a sponge and using the liqueur to make a syrupy to go over it. I think that might work?
