How can I check for previous storm conditions where I live?

Insurance company are being difficult 🙄

Trying to prove our leaking roof is due to storm damage. Because it’s in a room we don’t use much, it’s hard to tell exactly when it started leaking.

A quick Google search brings up the storms in February 2022. Does anyone remember any other storms after this in the London area? And ‘storm’ can mean heavy rain rather than strong winds right?
