Waterproof trainers

Need to buy some trainers for every day use that are waterproof. Any suggestions?

For kids I've got some waterproof ones from decathlon and some from mountain warehouse.
For me I'm looking at some of the allbirds ones but haven't tried them yet.
Read reviews as I was looking at some Nike trainers which claimed to be waterproof but apparently were not.

Buy trainers that you like and use waterproof spray is often better than wasting money on alleged waterproof trainers which aren’t.

I have a pair of waterproof On for trail running that are watertight. They are quite rigid though.

Merrel walking shoes and boots are great imo.

I use ASICS GoreTex trail running trainers

ASICS or Salomon GoreTex trainers are what you need. I recently got ASICS ones in an outlet store for under £50. We live down a muddy farm track and they are v good.

I have merrels and berghaus trail shoes, both with goretex lining so not cheap but bone dry. Before that I had some ASICS, which I gave to my dd when she started uni, they were also excellent.

You need to go to a good shop and try on different brands to see which suit your feet.

I love Adidas Terrex goretex trainers.
